Visit to Callia Winery located in the district of Caucete. Visit to vineyards in land reclaimed from the desert and in the slopes of Pie de Palo Mountain. Optional mini course on wine tasting.

Visit to Graffigna’s Museum including wine tasting. Visit to Merced del Estero Winery and the olive oil factory Campo de Olivos including tasting. Visit to Ilinca, a country grocery store, where sun-dried tomatoes, raisings and oils can be tasted. Visit to El Milagro Winery in Albardón, wine tasting of hand-crafted wines, visit to parma ham curing-rooms, tasting of parma ham, cold meats and wines. Visit to Santiago Graffigna’s Museum including wine-tasting. Visit to Vermú: a grocery store of country products from San Juan such as spices, olives, jams, preserved foods, wines, etc. Visit to Don Julio Museum and saleroom of regional products and olive oils.
