Day 1: Trf in at San Juan or Bus terminal. Accommodation at selected hotel. Grand City Tour, City and surrounding areas: Juan Victoria Concert hall, Sarmiento’s birthplace, Cathedral, Teatro del Bicentenario (Bicentennial Theatre), Merced del Estero Winery, Campo de Olivos Oil Producer, Ullum Dam.

Day 2: Breakfast. Transfer to Valle Fértil. Visit to Ischigualasto Park, with its paleontological richness and the beauty of geological formations sculpted by nature throughout centuries . Visit to the Interpretation Centre of the Museum of Natural Sciences of the National University of San Juan, where you can enjoy an excellent explanation of the type of dinosaurs that inhabited the area and of the reason why it is so important for the whole world: the oldest dinosaurs in the planet. You can also enjoy a detailed explanation about the treatment that fossils receive as from the moment they are visualized in the field. Accommodation in Valle Fértil. Dinner.

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure to visit Talampaya National Park. Return to San Juan along Huaco Slope, where you can observe sediments of different origin such as Cambrian (sea fossils) to even present sediments. Accommodation at selected hotel.

Day 4: Breakfast, full day at Sierra de las Quijadas National Park. In this place, numerous dinosaur tracks have been discovered as well as abundant remains of trunks and petrified roots. Also trails have been found in some rock plates or very thin galleries that presumably were left as a result of excavations made by living beings. The voluminous cliffs of an intense red colour, acquired from the strong oxidation of materials, build a magnificent natural amphitheatre, this seems the work of an eccentric artist: the erosion.Return to San Juan. Trf out after 8pm. End of the 4 days’ tour. Or accommodation in San Juan for the 5 days’ tour.

Day 5: Breakfast and trf out.
